Set of 15 hand painted 4.25" tiles. The set is composed of six flowers, two hummingbirds, and nine blank tiles, with painted corners only.

Background glaze is off-white.

Some imperfections may appear due to being hand-painted and hand-glazed.

Our work preserves the tradition of hand painted tiles, brought in Europe by the Moors in the 14th century. It includes the way of preparing the glaze and the cobalt wash. Heat, or any abrasive cleaning applications do not affect the integrity of our tiles, that are meant to be conserved for centuries!
