Set of 9 hand painted 4.25" tiles, Delft style with colors.

These are unique designs, and include the flowers: tulip, sunflowers, echinacea, lilly, and daffodil. Background glaze is off-white.

Imperfections may show, due to being hand glazed and hand painted.

Our work preserves the tradition of hand painted tiles, brought in Europe by the Moors in the 14th century. It includes the way of preparing the glaze and the cobalt wash. Heat, or any abrasive cleaning applications do not affect the integrity of our tiles. They are meant to be conserved for centuries!
